Join us for a week of pure artistic magic, where you'll attend colorful workshops, create interactive installations, and fly through whirlwind of imaginative projects. After-care and before-care are available, at an additional cost (details are below).
Enrichment Clubs will be available, at an additional cost - details and registration coming soon!

Camp registration closes May 1st. 50% deposit is due at registration. Final payment due is by May 1st.

Permission to Photograph

If you are registering multiple children for Summer Camp at Episcopal School of Nashville, you DO need to fill out an individual release for each child. However, if you are registering your child(ren) for more than one week of camp, you only need to fill out this section once, per child.

I hereby grant permission for video recordings and digital photographs to be taken of my child, as part of their participation in Episcopal School of Nashville's Summer Camps. I understand that recordings and pictures will only be used for non-profit educational purposes.

I authorize Episcopal School of Nashville to use images of my student on its website and/or in printed promotional materials without further consideration. I acknowledge Episcopal School of Nashville has the right to treat the media at its discretion, such as cropping.

NO names of students will be identified.

Before/After-Care

Episcopal School of Nashville will offer before-care from 7:30-9am and after-care from 3-5:30pm on all Summer Camp days. The cost is $12/hour.

Please indicate if you would like to register your child to attend before/after-care. They do not have to attend every day and time - care is offered and charge on an as-needed/as-used basis.

By signing below, I agree to all terms and fees if my student attends before or after-care.

If your family is not currently enrolled in our Before & After-Care program, ESN will send you an email with specifics about registration and payment before your child's week of camp.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

You must review and sign our cancellation policy before completing registration:

If ESN cancels any of our Summer 2024 Camps, you will receive a full refund for any days missed due to that closure.

The following policy applies to any cancellations that are not due to our closure:
50% refund before April 1st, 2024 (minus $30 for Administrative Fees)
No refunds after May 1st, 2024
No refunds if your child is sick or is not allowed entry because of a suspected illness
